The best branding agencies in London

London has one of the deepest benches of brand studios anywhere, and many of them have branded the city itself: its Olympics, its Parliament, its neighborhoods and its music venues. That local work is a useful test, because Londoners are hard on new identities. These nine have a London studio and published work you can judge.

That willingness to provoke is still the studio’s signature: its more recent work for Benefit Cosmetics pushed a beauty brand somewhere new, down to a logo that can wink.

JKR’s Burger King rebrand brought back a version of the late-1960s bun logo, warm food colors and a chunky custom typeface called Flame, and made the chain look like it actually cooks food. Hiring a branding agency in London

Frequently asked questions

Why hire a London branding agency?

London studios have deep experience with international brands and European markets. A local studio also helps when the brand needs to reflect the city, as with a venue, a district or a public body.

Do London agencies work with US companies?

Yes. Several have US studios or US clients. Ask who will run your project day to day and which time zone they work in.

How long does a rebrand take with a London agency?

A focused identity project usually takes two to four months. Large programs with research, architecture and rollout across countries can take a year.
